Account information: When you register, we collect your username and email address. These are stored in our WordPress database hosted on Namecheap.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card number, bank details, or any payment credentials on our servers. Paystack is PCI-DSS compliant. See paystack.com/privacy.
Usage data: When you use TubeStack tools, your input text is sent to third-party AI providers (Groq, DeepSeek) to generate output. This data is not stored on our servers beyond your session.
Log data: Our hosting provider (Namecheap) may collect standard server logs including IP address and browser type. We do not use this for profiling.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your TubeStack account
- To process your one-time payment and unlock your plan
- To deliver the AI tools you request
- To respond to your support enquiries
- To send important account or service updates (no marketing emails without consent)
3. Data Storage
Your account data (username, email, subscription status) is stored in a MySQL database on our Namecheap hosting server. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- DeepSeek — AI text generation fallback (deepseek.com/privacy)
- Cloudflare AI / HuggingFace — AI image generation

5. Cookies
TubeStack uses cookies only for essential functionality — keeping you logged in (WordPress authentication cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your dark/light mode preference is stored in localStorage on your device only.

7. Children
TubeStack is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
